On April 28, 2024, at 11:30 p.m., a SAC jet fighter intentionally bombed Htee Hsea Baw Middle School, located in Htee Hsea Baw village, Billin township, Doo Tha Htu District. This criminal act resulted in the demolition of three school buildings and their furniture.
A local leader reported, “The jet fighter dropped two bombs, one landing on the field near the school and another into the school campus, destroying three school buildings. The bomb that landed on the field also damaged a nearby petrol shop due to its impact.” This bombing has deeply concerned the community.
Similarly, in March 2024, SAC jet fighters destroyed two schools in Doo Playa district and one school in Doo Tha Htu district.
