Kaw Lah Junior College, overseen by the Karen Education and Culture Department (KECD), offers a BA in Public Health as an upper-division junior college. Under KECD’s Bureau of Higher Education, there are 13 junior colleges and 3 Karen Teacher Training Colleges.
