The President of the Institute of Higher Education, Head of the Bureau of Higher Education – KECD and other BHE staffs proudly took part in the SPHERE Program’s fresher student interview and orientation session for the Master of Arts in Social-Cultural and Political Transformation.
This unique program offers a higher education pathway for students who have completed their bachelor’s degree in Kawthoolei, leading to an M.A. in Political Science.
This year, 9 passionate students have been selected to join the program, ready to deepen their knowledge and drive meaningful change in their communities.
