On November 22, 2025, at 10:05 AM, the State Security and Peace Council (SSPC) conducted an airstrike on – Village, Hpla Koh village tract, in Lu Thaw Township, Mutraw District.

On November 22, 2025, at 10:05 AM, the State Security and Peace Council (SSPC) conducted an airstrike on – Village, Hpla Koh village tract, in Lu Thaw Township, Mutraw District. This attack resulted in the injury of two students.
One student sustained serious wounds and remains hospitalized for treatment. The other student, after receiving initial medical care, has been discharged and is now recuperating at home.
A leader said : “The two students were returning to their family home in Hku Day during a school holiday. The airstrike occurred at 10:05 AM, and both suffered head injuries.”
This is not an isolated incident. Similarly, on November 7, 2025, an SSPC airstrike in Ma Aee Hkya Village, Tha Htu Township, Doo Tha Htu District, injured a teacher.
The SSPC regularly employs multiple kinds of weaponry—including airstrikes, heavy weapon shelling, and armed drones—in the Karen area. These attacks cause injuries and casualties among innocent civilians almost daily.Therefore, we urgently appeal to the international community to find the most effective means to support and protect innocent civilians. We call for immediate action to prevent further attacks and hold the perpetrators accountable.
