Continuous Professional Development Training for Subjects’ Trainers

Continuous Professional Development Training for Subjects’ Trainers: On February 1-5, 2021, a ‘Continuous Professional Development Training for Subjects’ Trainers’ was delivered to the seven districts’ trainers at Thay Bay Hta.  Due to travel restrictions, two districts’ trainers couldn’t participate in the training in person, but only through virtual training. The training introduced the concepts of education and the meaning of professional development, reviewed the basic teaching skills of a teacher, and the roles, knowledge, and skills required by a trainer.
