ငြိမ်းချမ်းပြီး တရားမျှတမှုနှင့် ဗဟုဝါဒထွန်းကားသော လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းသည် လူတစ်ဦးချင်းစီနှင့် လူ့အသိုက်အဝန်းအတွက် သင့်လျော်ပြီး အရည်အသွေးပြည့်ဝသော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများနှင့် အတွေ့အကြုံများကို ညီမျှစွာပါဝင်ခွင့်ပေးသည့် ပညာရေးရပ်ဝန်းတွင် တည်ထောင်ထားသည့် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းတစ်ရပ်ဖြစ်ပြီး ထိုလူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ အလားအလာများကို တွေ့ကြုံသိရှိနိုင်ရန် နှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးမှုများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်ဖြစ်သည်။
